In Turkey, public and private universities are at the same level, but the difference is that public universities are funded by the Turkish government and private universities are funded by businessmen or large companies.

So the advantage of private universities is that admission is guaranteed and the main language of study is English. The location of these universities is in Istanbul, which is considered the best city to live, study or work in Turkey.

As for Turkish universities, some of them have private housing, and some do not.

However, through our services, we help students to find suitable housing for them, close to the university, and licensed by the Ministry of Education, along with all the services the student needs.

Initial acceptance: It is a notification from the university that the student has been accepted after reviewing their certificate, grade point average, and the rest of their papers from the admissions committee at the university.

On the initial admission, the student has to reserve a seat by paying within the specified period, or else they might lose their seat permanently.

Final acceptance: It means that your seat at the university has been reserved after the first payment on the initial admission. The final acceptance does not mean that you have been registered at the university, so the student should complete the registration at the university at the required time. The final acceptance is the one approved by the Turkish Consulate in order to register for a student visa for Turkey.

Yes, there is a possibility to change the major after the end of the first year, and a new application must be submitted in order to study this new major.

After obtaining approval from the university, you can start this specialty.

But be aware that some universities require a certain rate to agree to change the major, and that you will lose subjects that are not shared between the two majors.

Yes, you can study scientific disciplines, but the final decision on admission is up to the university.

This is called the Double Major, and it is generally found in most private Turkish universities. There are special conditions for it in each university. The most important is that it can be studied at the student’s own rate, and the study of the second major is free of charge. The second major must be within the same college, and it is not allowed to be from another college.
